Take a bowl and fill it 1/2 way with frozen mixed veggies (I like corn, peas, beans & carrots).
microwave it until it's thawed and just getting warm.
Add low or no salt beans, as much as you want (I like refried beans)
Add salsa, your favorite kind (no junk added)
Microwave until warm
It is so good and filling!
Sometimes if I've been exercising hard I will add leftover brown rice or potatoes.
*Make sure that the bowl you use is BPA free
