If you don't change what you believe you will not be successful in your weight loss.
I was having a conversation with a woman that I know and she asked me how I had lost my weight. I was telling her all the things that I had done and when I came to the part where I told her that I stopped eating dairy she said, "Oh I could never give up my cheese".
That's a 'red flag statement'! It means to me that you really don't have any intention of changing your diet which is what needs to happen in order for you to be weight loss successful.
